In early 2012 Google announced a contest. The prize: Google Glass, a ground-breaking wearable technology platform that enables you to harness the power of Google (everything from simple searches and directions to language translations, live Hangouts and media sharing) literally right before your eyes. All I had to do was submit 50 words about what I would do #ifihadglass. I did it in 18.

So, what am I doing with Google Glass? I’m exploring the U of M (and the rest of the Twin Cities while I’m at it) and you can follow along on Twitter or Google+. Since getting my hands on Glass, Google has also tapped me to blog for the private Glass community as a photography expert. The future is now.
